Products must first be Registered with the Manufacturer
Process to Register Warranties
- Complete VENDOR product registration
- Download certificate
- Upload to Service Titan
Customer Profile –> Location –> Attachments –> Add Attachment
- Complete DOWC (check invoice for Labor Year Amount)
- Need: Brand, Serial Number, Model Number
- 1 entry per Product Set
Ex: air handler, heat pump, furnace, evap coil
- Multi-unit install example set:
- 2T Air Hand, 2T Heat, 2T evap, etc
- 4T Air Hand, 4T Gas Furn, etc...
NOTE: Dual Fuel/ Hybrid Heat systems register as “Gas Furnace”
- Download certificate
- Upload to Service Titan
DOWC (ServiceGuard)- Register for Labor Warranty

***Bosch DOES NOT honor heat kit warranty replacement requests at this time. A new heat strip will need to be purchased.
Champion/ JCI (Winair Douglasville)
**When you are registering Champion equipment, remember to register the heat kit as an accessory.
OxBox (Trane brand but from Winair Douglasville)
****OxBox DOES NOT warranty the breakers on their heat strips. The whole unit will need to be replaced and returned for warranty submission and credit.
