We evaluate the reported HVAC problem and explain the findings. Repair work is separate unless it is included in a repair total below. Existing membership benefits apply under their terms.
These totals include one $89 nonmember diagnostic visit. The diagnostic fee is retained, not waived, on these repair-only options. If you have already paid it for this visit, that payment is applied once toward the total.

Included: A compatible replacement capacitor, installation and a system-operation check. The capacitor is included in this total.
Scope: The specified failed capacitor only. Other faults and special-order or OEM-only requirements need a separate written quote.

Included: Cleaning one accessible, stationary outdoor coil and post-service verification.
Not included: Indoor-coil cleaning, coil removal, refrigerant work, electrical repair or materially different restoration work.
